Education

Idaho Republicans understand that an investment in education is an investment in our families and in our future. The growth in our area has placed enormous stress on our public schools.

I will:

- Collaborate with fellow legislators, educators, parents, and stakeholders

- Advocate for our children's equal access to quality education

- Recognize education as an investment in our economy, public safety, and democracy

- Highlight education as the most fiscally conservative investment for our communities

- Encourage career and technical education that anticipates businesses’ needs

Growth and Infrastructure 

Infrastructure should not be lagging so far behind our population growth. In addition, we should not have to endure the same road being torn up over and over as development fills in.

I will:

- Address traffic congestion as a major problem in District 10

- Secure funding for infrastructure solutions

- Collaborate with cities, Idaho Transportation Department, Ada and Canyon Counties, local businesses, and citizens

- Find the best possible solutions for improving transportation corridors

Safe Communities 

Our quality of life is highly dependent on how safe we are in our homes, schools, and places of work and leisure.

I will:

- Support law enforcement and military personnel

- Advocate for safe and well-maintained streets and sidewalks

- Foster public / private partnerships so that communities can meet their own needs efficiently

Agriculture

I value our farming traditions here in the Western Treasure Valley and across Idaho. I will work hard to protect them by listening to the water users, landowners, producers, suppliers, and workers and by voting on legislation thoughtfully.  It's crucial to strike a balance that allows us to grow while still preserving our rural identity. I am committed to finding innovative and sustainable solutions that benefit both our agricultural heritage and the well being of our community. 

I will:

- Prioritize agriculture interests

- Protect water resources

- Preserve property rights
